Mark Wahlberg admits he kept the prosthetic penis he used on Boogie Nights

This October will mark the 25th anniversary of Mark Wahlberg’s breakthrough hit Boogie Nights, with the actor admitting he kept his most infamous ‘prop’ on set.

The 50-year-old actor was promoting his new film Father Stu – in theaters April 15 – on Ellen Wednesday, when she asked him a bunch of questions she had never asked him before, since he this is his final season of the hit Daytime Talk Show.

Wahlberg played a child from Torrance, Calif., named Eddie Adams, who is discovered by adult filmmaker Jack Horner (Burt Reynolds) and turned into porn star Dirk Diggler.

Throughout the film, it is repeatedly inferred that he has a huge penis, when it is finally shown in the film’s final shot.

Wahlberg admitted after the film started that it was a prosthetic penis he used for that shot, and all these years later he still has it in his possession.
